The bed felt like sleeping on a slab, absolutely uncomfortable, resulting in a restless night. I noticed a fair amount of dirt and crumbs hiding under the couch, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning—not exactly comforting to see. Plus, without any ventilation in the bathroom, it got stuffy fast, making it less enjoyable to freshen up.

I loved how the lobby was both welcoming and spacious, beautifully decorated with fresh flowers that made it feel like home. The accessibility features were very considerate, making it easy for me to navigate throughout the hotel.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in the King Room with clean, comfy beds and a great breakfast featuring make-your-own waffles. The kids loved splashing around in the pool, and we all relaxed in the cozy lounge area with plenty of seating. It did take a bit longer than expected to check in, so maybe give a heads-up if you're waiting at the desk! 😊

The bathroom lacked ventilation, which was a bit off-putting. I appreciated the friendly staff at check-in, who were very welcoming. Breakfast options were quite decent with a good variety, including make-your-own waffles, eggs, and coffee. Location-wise, it was perfect with various dining spots nearby and easy access to main roads. Yet, I encountered slow service when I arrived. I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to check me in. While the pool was nice, it felt a bit small for my liking. Overall, the stay had its good points but left room for improvement, especially with comfort and service efficiency.

Wi-Fi was fast and free, but I was charged twice for my stay.
